Paul brings a passionate approach to services, with over fifteen years’ experience in Planning ,Construction and Civil Engineering across government and private sector

Paul gets his professional acumen , core competence and an eye to detail – from 15 year long engineering experience in armed services – that consisted of varying plus challenging engineering projects in different environments

Paul is a Chartered Engineer from Institution of Engineers , India (IEI) and a member of Institution of Professional Engineers, New Zealand (IPENZ) . Paul has been awarded with Honourable Presidents commendation card – in 2002 and 2005 for exceptional planning and project management services to armed forces for projects of national significance

Paul is an expert planner with certified training in Primavera P6 – Project Planning software – and over a decade of experience in designing complex programme of works – that are resource and cost loaded

He is believed to be the one of few who has such in depth knowledge of both - Project Planning and controls in Canterbury. As a founder and principle director of NZPMI – Paul takes personal interest and ownership of each project and is committed to deliver projects successfully – on time / within budget !

Harpal is known for his “problem solving attitude” – with over 10 years of experience in building industry as a trade qualified carpenter and commercial fit out specialist

Harpal is a self-driven entrepreneur who owns multiple restaurants in Canterbury – that have been developed by his own hands. His expertise comes from “hands – on” knowledge of what it takes to design and build “a commercial fit out”

He is known for his innovative ideas and solutions that saves our clients – money and time! Being a restaurant owner for many years – Harpal clearly understand and works towards providing practical solutions – that are cost effective and executed without hampering the business / loss of income

As a co-founder and technical consultant of NZPMI – Harpal applies himself to best of his knowledge and skill to provide practical solution and is committed to deliver projects successfully – on time / within budget!
